  A: Once your balance reaches our withdrawal threshold of $100, you can simply withdraw by placing a withdrawal through your settings page.

• Q: Is Fansta free?

  A: Yes, Fansta is free to join. However, Fansta charges 10% creator-commission fees on all withdrawals from influencers and charges 5% card-processing fee on all purchase transactions.

• Q: How much should I pay for a partnership?

  A: This totally depends on you. We generally recommend businesses start their campaigns at $100 or higher, in order to get more influencers apply to their campaign.

• Q: Is there a refund policy?

  A: YES! If after funding your account as a business, you did not see any influencers that meet your interests, you should reach out to us on the support section and ask for a refund.
